What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you create a workspace — your name, email, business name, and the clients, projects, tasks, documents and invoices you add while using Flowly.
How we use it
Your data is used only to run your workspace: showing your dashboard, storing your files, and sending the notifications you ask for. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Where it lives
Every record is isolated per business with row-level security. Files are stored in private, per-business storage that only your workspace can access.
Your control
You can export or delete your data at any time from Workspace Settings. Deleting your workspace permanently removes your records from our systems.
